There were more than 60 participants taking part in this training course.

The contents of the training course:

- Overview of ISO/IEC 17025 and GLP;

- Technical method validation of quality control;

- Biosafety according to WHO standards;

- Assurance of quality control test results according to ISO/IEC 17025 & GLP;

- Reference standards;

- Clean room;

- Equipment calibration: methods and data analysis.

This training course has met all the curriculum requirements. During the lessons, participants were systematically learning about the basic content of Good Laboratory Practice. The lecturers has shared a lot of practical experience that helped participants obtain many useful things for their work in the Institute. As a result, technical staffs could more apprehend the basic principles as well as the purpose of establishing ISO/IEC 17025:2005 & GLP for testing laboratory system. In a long-term view, it will help advance the ability of the Quality Management System (QMS) of Vietnam’s National Regulatory Authority (NRA) and National Control Laboratory (NCL).

After the training course, 60 participants were given certificates by NICVB’s leadership for their study accomplishment.​​
